Welcome to Havana Oasis Aesthetics & Wellness. Our goal is to provide a luxurious, professional, and safe medical aesthetic experience for every client. The following policies are designed to protect our clients, our providers, and the integrity of the services we deliver. By booking, purchasing, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below in accordance with applicable South Carolina laws and professional medical standards.

1. Appointment Booking & Payment Authorization 

  • Valid credit card required to reserve all appointments. 

  • Your card may be charged for late cancellations, no shows, or policy violations.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and may be applied to scheduled services.

  • Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

 

 

2. Scheduling & Arrival Policy 

  • Clients must arrive on time for scheduled appointments. 

  • Arrival more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling. 

  • Appointment time cannot be extended due to late arrival. 

  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. 

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice incur a $100 fee. 

  • No-shows are charged 100% of the booked service. 

  • Same-day rescheduling is treated as a cancellation.

4. Refund Policy 

  • No refunds on deposits. 

  • No refunds on completed services. 

  • No refunds on packages, memberships, or prepaid services. 

  • No refunds on gift certificates or gift cards. 

 

5. Product Sales & Returns

  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt.

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. 

  • Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  • All sales final after 7 days.

 

6. Minors Policy 

  • No services provided to individuals under 18 without a parent or legal guardian present.

  • Guardian must provide written consent prior to treatment. 

  • Some medical aesthetic services may be restricted to adults 18 and older.

7. Medical Treatment Disclaimer 

  • All treatments are elective medical procedures. 

  • Results vary and are not guaranteed. 

  • Clients must disclose complete and accurate medical history. 

  • The provider may refuse or discontinue treatment if medically necessary.

8. Client Responsibility & Compliance 

  • Clients must follow all pre and post-treatment instructions. 

  • Failure to follow instructions may affect outcomes. 

  • Havana Oasis is not responsible for complications resulting from non-compliance. 

​

9. Right to Refuse Service 

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns. 

  • Service may be refused for medical contraindications or inappropriate behavior.

  • Failure to follow policies may result in denial of future services. 

​

10. Packages, Memberships & Promotions 

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. 

  • Must be used within stated expiration period. 

  • No cash value.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes 

  • Clients agree not to dispute charges for services rendered or policy fees.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collections and denial of future services.

​

12. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment 

  • Clients acknowledge inherent risks of medical aesthetic procedures.

  • Treatment is voluntary and performed with informed consent. 

​

13. Privacy & Health Information 

  • Client health information is handled confidentially. 

  • Information used only for treatment, safety, and operations. 

​

14. Children in Treatment Areas 

  • Children are not permitted in treatment rooms unless receiving services. 2 This policy protects safety and clinical standards. 

​

15. Photography & Media Consent 

  • Photos may be taken for medical documentation. 

  • Separate written consent required for marketing use. 

​

16. Website & Content Use 

  • Website content is informational only. 

  • Not a substitute for medical advice. 

  • Unauthorized use prohibited. 

​

17. Governing Law 

  • These policies are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
